How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Aurelius → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
I was charged but the app says I have no subscription.
Open the app → Settings → tap Restore Purchases in the paywall footer. If that does not resolve it, email us your Apple receipt ID.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your journal entries, scores, and all memory of your account from our servers. Cannot be undone.
Aurelius responded with something that felt off.
The responses are generated by an AI given the role and source texts of a Stoic mentor. It can occasionally miss. Tell it directly in chat; it learns your patterns over time. If a response was inappropriate or harmful, email us with the date and we will investigate.
What data do you keep?
See our Privacy Policy. Short version: your journal entries, scores, and messages with Aurelius are stored on our servers so Aurelius can remember you across sessions. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising; to provide the AI features, data is processed by the AI and infrastructure providers named in the Privacy Policy, and we do not allow them to train on it.
